Ingredients:
1 qt oysters, drained but keep liquid
1 stick butter
½ cup olive oil
8 cloves garlic, minced
4 med onions , chopped
1 green bell pepper, chopped OR 1 pint Guidry’s pre-chopped Trinity(garlic,
onions, pepper)
1 carton fresh mushrooms, sliced
½ cup green onion tops
½ cup fresh parsley, chopped
Directions:
DO NOT ADD ANY SALT TO THIS RECIPE.
