Ingredients:


2 lbs of Alaskan Halibut, 1 inch pieces
1/4 cup Vegetable Oil or Olive Oil
     1 Tbsp finely chopped Garlic
     1 16 oz can Tomato Puree
     1 Tbsp Curry Powder, mild to hot
     4 Tbsp fresh Lemon Juice
     2 Tbsp Soy Sauce
     1 cup Chicken Stock
     1 tsp Garlic, chopped fine
     1 cup Bread Crumbs
     1 cup sharp Cheddar Cheese, grated
