  • 2 medium yellow onions, chopped
  • 1 green bell pepper, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, chopped
  • 1 bunch parsley, chopped
  • 1 bunch green onion tops, chopped
  • 1 8-ounce can tomato sauce
  • 1 cup (8 ounces) water
  • 2 tablespoons flour
  • 1 tablespoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon cayenne pepper
  • 3 pounds of catfish (preferably Spotted, but Blue may be substituted)
