Ingredients:
- 2 medium yellow onions, chopped
- 1 green bell pepper, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, chopped
- 1 bunch parsley, chopped
- 1 bunch green onion tops, chopped
- 1 8-ounce can tomato sauce
- 1 cup (8 ounces) water
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 1 tablespoon salt
- 1 tablespoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon cayenne pepper
- 3 pounds of catfish (preferably Spotted, but Blue may be substituted)
