Ingredients:
2 9-inch deep dish pie shells
6 large eggs, beaten (like they were teenagers)
1 1/2 cups shredded American cheese (6 oz.)
1/2 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
1 pound lump crabmeat or crawfish tails
1/2 pound cleaned medium shrimp
1 bunch green onions, chopped
2 cups heavy or whipping cream
1 teaspoon Creole seasoning (or Tony's, or salt/pepper/cayenne/garlic mix)
