Ingredients:
3 cups cracked wheat
2 lb very lean heavy beef, finely ground
2 large onions, coarsely chopped
1 small jalapeno pepper, coarsely chopped
1/2 cup fresh mint leaves, coarsely chopped
1/4 cup fresh basil leaves or 1/2 tsp, dried
4 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
Olive oil
1/4 cup butter or margarine


Filling
1 lb ground chuck
2 onions, coarsely cut
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
