Ingredients:
1 lb pork, cubed small
1 lb smoked sausage
1 large onion, chopped
1 clove garlic, minced
1 cups green onions, chopped
3/4 cup celery, chopped
3 cups chicken broth
2 cups rice, uncooked
2 Tbsp vegetable oil
Tony Chachere Creole seasoning
salt and white pepper
Directions:
- Heat oil in skillet and saute pork until brown. Remove pork and set aside.
