Ingredients:
1 lb pork, cubed small
1 lb smoked sausage
1 large onion, chopped          
1 clove garlic, minced
1 cups green onions, chopped
3/4 cup celery, chopped
3 cups chicken broth
2 cups rice, uncooked
2 Tbsp vegetable oil
Tony Chachere Creole seasoning
salt and white pepper

Directions:
  1. Heat oil in skillet and saute pork until brown. Remove pork and set aside.

  2. Saute sausage, onion, garlic, green onions and celery until limp.

  3. Add pork, rice, broth and seasonings. Stir well. Cover and cook on low until rice is cooked.
